Crispy russet potatoes, truffle oil and parmesan cheese, yum! These Air Fryer Truffle Fries are a delicious treat made quickly in the air fryer without the mess and hassle of deep frying.
2 large russet potatoes
3 tbsp white truffle oil, divided
Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Preheat your air fryer at 400°F for 5 minutes
Slice the potatoes into matchsticks. Leave the skin on, slice off the ends and slice into thin, square fries.
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with 2 tbsp white truffle oil and a generous amount of salt
Add the potatoes to your air fryer basket*
Fry at 400°F for 15-20 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes until the fries are cooked evenly, crispy and browned on all side.
Drizzle the remaining truffle oil over the cooked fries and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and more salt if desired.
Enjoy fries immediately while hot
*do not overfill the basket, depending on the size of your basket you may need to cook the fries in batches.
