Chocolate Avocado Mousse

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup agave
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk


  1. Add avocados, cocoa powder, agave and sea salt to the bowl of a food processor
  2. Process on high until smooth
  3. Slowly add coconut milk and process on low until combined
  4. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving
