Samoa Popcorn

  • 15 Samoa cookies
  • 6 cups Boom Chicka Pop Sea Salt Popcorn
  • 1.5 cups sweetened coconut
  • 10 Dove Sea Salt Caramel Dark Chocolates


  1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F
  2. Spread coconut on a small baking sheet
  3. Toast coconut for 5-7 minutes at 350°F until just golden brown
  4. Meanwhile, chop the Dove chocolates into small pieces
  5. Chop 10 Samoas into small pieces
  6. Once the coconut is done, turn the oven down to 250°F
  7. In a large bowl, mix together the popcorn, chocolates, Samoas and toasted coconut
  8. Spread onto a large baking sheet, set bowl aside
  9. Put baking sheet in oven for 5 minutes to melt the chocolate
  10. Meanwhile, chop the remaining Samoas into small pieces
  11. Remove pan from the oven, spoon popcorn mixture back into the bowl, mix to coat popcorn in chocolate
  12. Mix in remaining Samoa cookie pieces
  13. Spread Samoa Popcorn back onto the baking sheet, allow it to cool and dry
  14. Store in an air tight container
