Blackberry Mint Fizz

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1/2 cup mint syrup
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 4 cups ice
  • 8oz vodka
  • 4 cans Spindrift Blackberry

Mint Syrup

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups mint leaves, chopped

Instructions

Blackberry Mint Fizz

  1. Add frozen blackberries, mint syrup and mint leaves to a high powered blender, blend on high
  2. Fill cocktail shaker with ice, add blackberry puree and vodka, shake
  3. Fill a pitcher about 1/2 full with remaining ice
  4. Pour blackberry vodka mixture over the ice in the pitcher
  5. Fill the rest of the pitcher with Blackberry Spindrift, stir
  6. Garnish with more blackberries and mint leaves

Mint Syrup

  1. Add the water and sugar to a heavy bottomed sauce pan, bring to a low boil, mixing frequently
  2. Remove from heat, add chopped mint leaves
  3. Let mint steep in the syrup for 1-4 hour, strain to remove mint
  4. Store up to 1 month in the refrigerator
