Are you a fan of eggnog?

This Cranberry Eggnog Breakfast Bread would make a great addition to your Christmas morning! Though eggnog is heavy this bread is not very. The eggnog and spices add a lot of flavor and the cranberries help to balance out the sweetness, making it perfect for breakfast.
The cranberries not only add to the flavor, but they are also SO pretty! You would really impress your friends by gifting this Cranberry Eggnog Breakfast Bread this year! Wrap it up pretty and you have a gift that would be pleasing to anyone on your list!
The bread is not hard to make! You will combine all of the dry ingredients – flour, baking powder, salt and spices. Then you will beat together butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Next you will alternate the dry ingredients with eggnog until everything is fully combined. Before adding the cranberries you will toss them in a bit of flour, this lightly coats them so they will not all sink to the bottom of your loaf. Lastly, you will fold the cranberries into the batter, add the batter to a prepared loaf pan and bake! It will take 65-70 minutes for the bread to bake fully, so be patient! Cool, slice and enjoy!
