Mini Mason Jar Pecan Pies

Thanksgiving is less than 2 weeks away! Can you believe it!? I sure can’t!

Wasn’t it just 95 degrees and we were talking about ice cream and lemonade? Now it’s time for turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and of course PIE! These Mini Mason Jar Pecan Pies help you keep your dessert options open ๐Ÿ™‚

One of the Thanksgiving struggles is finding room for all the different delicious dessert options! If you are like me you want a little bit of everything! I mean how do you decide between pumpkin, apple, pecan, chocolate cream… the list goes on.

These little mason jar pies are perfect for those of you wanting to have a little bit of everything, but not over-do it with 12 pies for your 10 person dinner party ๐Ÿ™‚

Bake these little pies in these 8oz wide mouth mason jars  for perfect portions. Plus, I know some of you will hate me for this, the crust to pie ratio is spot on in my opinion. The crust is my least favorite part, I’m all about the filling!

If you really want to wow your guests and you are having a small sit down dinner, make one of these pies for each of your guests!

Extra bonus! They are very portable so you can send your guests home with a little parting gift if you have any left over ๐Ÿ™‚
