Easy Mini Mocha Oreo Parfaits. Made with crushed Oreos, homemade coffee whipped cream and dark chocolate pudding for a sweet after dinner treat!
I’m having an internal debate over if you would call these parfaits or trifles… to me a parfait is healthy and involves yogurt… but a trifle is a trifle because of the large dish it is served in… so I’m going with parfait, plus it makes them feel a little bit healthier… but there is no yogurt in there and they are not healthy, they are just fun!
I love the contrast of texture that the Oreos add and the homemade, coffee flavored whipped cream is something special!
To make the whipped cream you will need to use a coffee concentrate, I used Trader Joe’s Cold Brew Concentrate and it added just enough coffee flavor!

Easy Mini Mocha Oreo Latte Parfaits. Made with crushed Oreos, homemade coffee whipped cream and dark chocolate pudding for a sweet after dinner treat!
10 double stuffed Oreos
16oz heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup white sugar
3 tbsp cold brew concentrate
1 box chocolate pudding, prepared according to package instructions
Add Oreos to the bowl of your food processor, process on high until cookies are fine
In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with whisk attachment, add heavy whipping cream
Start to whip on medium-high speed, once cream starts to thicken, slowly add the sugar and cold brew concentrate and turn mixer up to high until the whipped cream has thickened to desired consistency
In small, 4oz glass jars, add a thick bottom layer of crushed Oreos, press with a spoon to flatten, add a layer of whipped cream and a layer of pudding, top with a final layer of whipped cream, garnish with Oreo pieces or coffee beans
