Happy National S’mores Day!

In case you haven’t already made plans to celebrate, I’ve got you covered with this S’mores Recipe Round-Up! I’m sharing the best s’mores recipes I could find hanging out on some pretty awesome food blogs!

Easy Indoor S’mores by Rebecca of Nourish Nutrition Blog – Rebecca gives you instructions for making S’mores indoors! So no matter the weather you can always have S’more πŸ™‚ She also gives ideas for dressing them up — add berries, bananas, peanut butter cups or ditch the graham cracker and make them with chocolate chip cookies!

S’mores Layer Cake from Michelle of Brown Eyed Baker  – This CAKE! I made her version of the Milk Bar Birthday Cake a few weeks ago, it did not come out nearly as beautiful as hers, but it was so much fun to make! I think I need to keep practicing my milk bar cake skills with this one!

Mini Vegan S’more Cups from Lindsay of The Toasted Pine Nut – Look at that chocolate, drooling… these look like they can’t be good for you, but they are! Just like so many of Lindsay’s magical recipes, these have healthy hidden in them! The “marshmallow” is made with aquafaba (the water-like substance you drain from your can of chickpeas), can you believe it?!

S’mores Whoopie Pies by Jamie of My Baking Addiction – These whoopie pies look to die for! Whoopie Pies in general are on my list of things to make, these seem like a great place to start!

Easy Sheet Pan S’mores from Sommer of A Spicy Perspective – Sommer gives us another easy indoor S’more option! These are for those perfect S’more lovers in your life πŸ™‚

OMG Bars by Jess of Plays Well With Butter – OMG is right!!! Look at that homemade vanilla marshmallow and that CHOCOLATE! I want to eat them right off the page πŸ™‚

Chocolate Chip Cookie S’more’s Bars by Jessica of How Sweet It Is – These bars combine 2 of the world’s wonders – chocolate chip cookies and s’mores – look at that ooey gooey amazingness!

S’mores Baked Alaska by Christina of Dessert for Two – What?! If it tastes half as good as it looks I think we are in for a treat! Also, baked alaska, why have I never eaten you!?

S’mores Cookies by Sam of Sugar Spun Run – These cookies are loaded! Skip the campfire and bake a double batch to keep the celebrations going!

S’mores Popcorn by Amber of Crazy Little Projects! – I love this S’mores Popcorn! It looks like such a fun party snack!
