Top that off with a cup of brandy and 4 cinnamon sticks.

Then put the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 4 and up to 12 hours. This will allow time for all of the flavors to infuse together.

Right before serving prep your wine glasses with a sugared rim. This makes for an extra special presentation and also adds a hint of sweetness to every sip! Next fill each glass about a quarter full with crushed ice and add a few slices of fresh orange and apple on top.

Just before pouring the sangria add 2-4 cups of cranberry gingerale. This lightens up the sangria a bit with the fizziness of the soda and also gives the drink an extra touch of sweetness.
