Cinco de Mayo is tomorrow! Can you believe that it snuck up on us like that!? Though I can’t believe it’s May I do feel fully prepared to celebrate Cinco de Mayo thanks to the Fiesta Friday series! No Mexican Fiesta would be complete with out a margarita and these Chili Lime Mangoritas are perfect for the occasion!

Chili Lime Mangoritas

The sweet and spicy chili rim is the best part of this drink and should not be skipped! The chili pairs perfectly with the tart lime and sweet mango flavor of the margarita, it will light up your taste buds!

Once your rims are set these Chili Lime Mangoritas are are quick blend away! Combine your favorite tequila, Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice, frozen mango, ice and Bacardi Lime Margarita Mix in your blender on high until smooth. They should be a thick, smoothie-like consistency. Divide the mangorita between the glasses and Cheers to a perfect Cinco de Mayo cocktail!

Chili Lime Mangoritas to round out your Cinco de Mayo Fiesta! Mango lime margaritas with a sweet and spicy chili rim!



8oz Tequila
2oz Grand Marnier
Juice of 1 lime
2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 1/2 cups ice
1 10oz can frozen Bacardi Lime Margarita Mix
2 tbsp white sugar
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tsp chili powder
1 lime, sliced


Add the tequila, Grand Marnier, lime juice, mango chunks, ice and lime margarita mix to the bowl of a powerful blender
Process on high until smooth
In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, salt and chili powder
Get out 4 margarita glasses
Using a slice of lime on each glass, move the lime slice around the rim
Dip each glass in the spice mix to coat
Pour 1/4 of the margarita mixture into each glass
